One  General introduction

LWCQ (tangential type) and LWCB (axial type) insertion type turbine flow sensors work comply with display instrument realize measuring and indication. The insertion type turbine flow meters are widely used in measuring the source water, circulating water flow rate and total flow of large diameter pipeline.

Two  Products features

1.       LWCQ/B type flow meter features

(1)    High ability of resist impurity. Tangential vane can release suspend solid in the fluid when the vane turn around. So this function can avoid the suspended solid intertwine the vane.

(2)    High ability of anti-electromagnetic interference and ant vibration.

(3)    The flow sensor and indicators structure and working principle very simple, so easy to use and maintenance.

(4)    The meter factor wont change when replace vane and shaft bearing.

(5)    Wide flow range and small low flow rate.

(6)    Complete set flow meter has tiny measuring error.

(7)    Almost no pressure lose, can save motion electric consumption.

(8)    The flow sensor can be installed outdoor. And the total sensor can be submerged in water for very long time.

(9)    For the sensor with stop valve, it wont stop flow when install and disassembly.

(10) Horizontal, vertical and oblique pipe all can use this type.

(11)Low costs of installing and maintenance for complete set flow meter.

1.       Insertion depth

If the measured pipe interline DN≤1050mm, the insertion depth:

LWCQ h=0.5DN-20mm

LWCQ h=0.5DN

2.       Accuracy: ±5% ±2.5%

3.       Nominal diameter PN: 1.0MPa

4.       The measured fluid temperature: -20~120

5.       Ambient temperature: 20 ~70

6.       Distance from sensor to indicator: If increase the signal cable length, the distance can be far than 1000m. If need increase the cable length, please show it when ordering.

7.       Request to the straight pipe part: in order to assure the measure accuracy, sensor upstream pipe length should be larger than 20DN, and down stream pipe length cant be shorter than 7DN. IF the pipe length cant satisfy that requirements, the user can field calibration, and applys the local calibration factor KDN.
